Our Fees

eMosque is committed to providing a cost effective fundraising platform. Whilst you can’t run a fundraising website for free, you can do it by keeping the costs down for everyone.
So we can keep developing our service and supporting charities, we simply ask for a small one-off payment from charities when they join, the annual subscription fee of £120.00 paid by various payment options, and then charge a 3% platform fee and a 2.5% payment processing fee on donations. This accounts for the various costs of processing different payment types (e.g. paypal, credit cards, and debit cards)
If the payments are made in another currency , then the processing fee is 3.90%
We charge a 5% fee for our Gift Aid Service and this is taken from the amount of Gift Aid claimed on a donation.
